FMP-Weekly updates/Diary and for my future

What I have done recently so far in my final major project is that, I had been updating my literature review and researched many articles related to Pop Music and wrote about them in my own words. I made a reference of those articles using Harvard referencing tool. What I feel about this project is that it made me work individually as a musician as I keep going ahead in life. Like I organised everything, what I was going to perform for the Gig. Now as I am getting closer to the deadline which is on Friday, I will make the most of my student support lessons, whenever Elliot calls me. I had anyway made the most of the student support which I have. Next time when doing any project like this, I will first think of what needs to be done focusing on one aspect as to what I am actually doing and according to that, I will start doing research for relevant stuff. Like I said before that whatever research I had been doing for this project was.good and a lot, but because due to the following songs, I had performed for the Gig for this project, I had done research on Pop music and a case study of Linkin Park. First I had been researching about Indian and Western Classical music, then I changed the name of my project and focused on researching about pop music. Planning was Ok. I would like to make a career in music performance as I am good in singing and playing keyboard and piano. Again, the songs which we performed in the gig were Wavin Flag by K'naan and American Boy by Estelle. These are the songs related to Pop music. We were also going to perform Castle of Glass by Linkin Park in the Gig, But what happened was that only some of the band members were present in the run through in our big performance rehearsal room No. 139.
